eppygale: I'm trying to change my lifestyle starting today. I'm ditching the drink, junk food and negativity. I'm going to spend a year living very differently. Join me as I step out of my comfort zone. I'm wondering what kind of things I'd get up to if I embraced healthy living. So, no more complaining for me, for a year at least!
